Parts for aloo matar 

Potato(cubes)- 400 gm(Chopped and washed) 

Hardened/new geen peas-100 gm 

Hacked green bean stew 2 

Hacked onion-2 (medium) 

Tomato puree-100 gm 

(you may use 2-3 finely hacked tomato) 

Ginger garlic stick 1 tbsp 

Cumin seeds-1 tsp 

Cooking oil-3 to 4 tbsp 

Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp 

Red stew powder-1 tsp 

Cumin powder-1/2 tsp 

Coriander powder-1/3 tsp 

Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp 

Hacked coriander leaves 

Salt to taste 


Warmth a weight cooker dish, intertwine oil and let it heat. 

Combine cumin seeds and fry it for few seconds. 

Merge green stew and onions, fry it till onions turn striking brown(approx 2-3 minute). 

Join ginger garlic stick, cook it for a minute on low fire. 

Combine potato and fry it for 2 minutes on medium fire, keep mixing in within. 

Join turmeric powder, red bean stew powder, cumin powder and coriander powder, mix it. 

Join green peas, tomato puree and mix it, spread the skillet and cook it for a minute on low fire. 

Circuit one glass of water, salt and garam masala powder, mix it well. 

Close the top and cook it for 2 whistles on medium fire. 

Viewpoint executioner the fire and let the cooker chill off. 

Update with coriander leaves, glorious aloo matar is readied, serve hot with roti, poori, paratha or rice.
