Parts for Mutton Masala Recipe: 

Sheep 500 gm(washed) 

Onion(chopped)- 3(medium) 

Sound leaves-2 to 3 

Green stew 3 to 4 

Ginger garlic stick 1 tbsp 

Meat/sheep masala-2tbsp(any brand) 

Curd/yogurt-1/2 cup(5 tbsp) 

Cooking oil – 5 tbsp 

Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp 

Red stew powder-1.5 tsp 

Coriander powder-1/2 tsp 

Cumin powder-1/2 tsp 

Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp 

Lessen pepper powder-1/3 tsp 

Salt to taste or 2 tsp 

Mutton Masala Recipe  cooking Method 

Put the whole of the fixings into a mixing bowl by then mix the aggregate of the fixings properly. 

Spread it and leave it for 3-4 hours in cooler for marination. 

Turn on the fire by then warmth a skillet and put the marinated chicken into the holder. 

Spread the holder and cook it for one hour on low fire. 

Keep mixing in (you may combine 1/2 cup of water to make sauce). 

Right when the sheep is cooked fittingly then point of view executioner the fire. 

Take it out in a serving plate and serve hot with roti or paratha.
